Work comprised of a complete exterior and interior renovation to what was originally a 1920’s Gas Station facility. The exterior renovation included new masonry brick veneer and precast watertable, banding and detailing along with new windows and roofing. The interior renovation included wood detailing, ceiling soffits, specialty lighting, new carpet and porcelain tile.
